How much is your delivery?
We hand-deliver every single product that we make in our kitchen either by personal car or by public transport if it is easier for us. We don’t use external courier services. We try to encourage customers to collect their orders from our atelier at London Bridge (accurate address is given once the order is placed). 100% of these charges goes to our in-house courier Teresa which covers her trave cost and time spent on journey.
Delivery fees (distance from SE1 3YD, London):
1. within 5 miles, minimum order for delivery £30; £12.99 (Free over £100)
2. within 10 miles, minimum order for delivery £30; £16.99 (Free over £100)
3. up to 15 miles, minimum order for delivery £50; £21.99 (Free over £100)
We can also send the order via Uber, if requested.
If you are outside of these zones or simply too far from our atelier (more then 15 miles from SE1 3YD) please contact us and we will ask our courier if she could come to you for a fee.

Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel with less than 3 day’s notice: 50% is refunded.
Can you deliver outside London?
Can you deliver my cake same day?
Sadly, we need at least 24-hour notice. The cake needs to set overnight in the fridge, and then we decorate it with fresh fruits and flowers just before delivery or collection. We provide next day delivery if you order your cake before 2 pm.
Why can I not know what cakes I will receive in the selection box?
We have created a special selection box with a 33% discount for flexible customers who don’t mind what they get. The real reason why is this box on discount is that we like to get creative. We sometimes create a small batch of cakes that we don’t even put online. This box helps us to have lower a waste, our stock rotates faster and your cakes are always fresh. Apparently, this box is a bestseller! Unfortunately, we will never know what cakes we will have on the day.
Thanks to the Borough Market being so close, we go there often to browse fruit stalls to get inspired. Each day varies. Each day we have a different selection. Keep checking our Instagram profile (link is in the footer) for the special cakes.

Why are not your RAW cakes cheaper?
You wouldn’t believe the amount of people who question the price of a healthy cake these days.
If there wasn’t a demand for better quality, healthier cakes, then our company Verawnika’s wouldn’t be operating, because we are exactly that, a company that is putting the quality of our product ahead of our profits and selling price, in order to supply the demand that health-conscious people like yourself are creating.
Let me give you an example:
A traditional vanilla sponge cake that you can pick up from your local cake shop is likely to contain the following ingredients:
Processed Flour, Corn Flour (high % genetically modified corn product), animal fat, (preservatives and sugar), Processed Caster Sugar, Thickened Cream, flavourings, aromas, etc…
Cost to produce: Under £10
RRP: Under £30
As you can imagine, a commercially operated cake company, is going to source these products from a supplier offering the lowest possible price, not quality. Remember, profits ALWAYS come first over quality.
Now here’s a list of ingredients that are contained in our basic raw cakes, with over 80% of it’s ingredients being organic (chemical and GMO free)
Medjool dates, Californian almonds, cashews, coconut oil, maple syrup, 100% vanilla bean paste, Himalayan salt, coconut cream, cacao powder, cacao butter, fresh berries, dried freeze fruits, superpowders, beetroot powder, coconut butter, edible flowers (very expensive!)
Cost to produce: £27+
RRP: £39.99 – £49.99 (depends on size)
We also have to pay rent of premises (and that’s several thousand per month), insurance, energy cost, employees salary, packaging, VAT, equiptment. We also need a company profit:)

Can you make a RAW wedding cake for 20+ people?
YES! We will be happy to create a custom tiered raw vegan cake to feed larger groups! Please get in touch with us. We will be also happy to meet you in our atelier at London Bridge to discuss your needs in person. Contact us here.
Can you make a nut free cake?
YES, any cake can be made without nuts upon request. However, we are not able to cater for those who have a severe nut allergy as all of our cakes are created in an environment where nuts are handled on a daily basis.
Are your raw vegan cakes free from gluten?
YES! Our cakes are naturally free from gluten, dairy, eggs, and any additives. Also, we don’t use such ingredients in our atelier, so there’s no risk of cross-contamination.
Are your cakes sugar free?
Yes and no. Our cakes are free of any form of refined sugars. However, raw cakes have still some carbs either from naturally occurring sugars from fruits or dates. We use date syrups, carob syrups and maple syrups (can be substituted with xylitol) to sweeten up our cakes. We don’t use agave syrup if this is your concern.
What does it mean MAY CONTAIN DAIRY?
Is it still vegan? How about dairy allergies? These are question you may have.
This means that the product, chocolate in our case, according to the recipe, does not contain milk and it is VEGAN – however, due to production conditions, it cannot be ruled out that allergenic residues get into the product unintentionally. This advisory label is voluntary and not statutorily regulated; there is so far no uniform definition of what a “trace” involves in terms of quantity.
Our cakes are 100% free from milk and dairy, HOWEVER, we use Callebaut or Valrhona dark chocolate which is “MAY CONTAIN DAIRY”. We use it for chocolate writing, to make shards, swirls and drips to decorate our cakes. You must tell us in writing (or write a note with your order in checkout) that you do not wish to use this decoration.
