Frequently Asked Questions

DELIVERY:

I booked delivery spot for 1pm. What time are you coming?

If you booked your delivery slot for example for 1 pm, I would come anytime between 1 pm and 3 pm. The reason why our delivery slots are 2-hours windows is quite simple. London traffic is unpredictable, and this 2-windows is there to cover any unexpected events that may happen along the way. Book your delivery now and receive your cake 24 hours later.

How much is your delivery?

We hand-deliver every single product that we make in our kitchen either by personal car or by public transport if it is easier from us. We don’t use external courier services. We try to encourage customers to collect their orders from our atelier in Aldgate East (accurate address is given once the order is placed). These fees are here to cover transport and partially time spent delivering. We don’t have any profit from these charges.

Delivery fees (distance from E11HL, London):
1. within 5 miles, min order for delivery £30; £9.99 (Free over £70)
2. within 10 miles, min order for delivery £30; £14.99 (Free over £90
3. up to 15 miles, min order for delivery £50; £19.99 (Free over £120)

If you are outside of these zones or simply too far from our atelier (10m+ from E1), we sadly cannot deliver there. Please contact us if you have doubts via email or call us.

What is your opening times?

Please note, we create our cakes in Aldgate atelier, and you can collect your orders from there, or we can deliver them to your door. We are not a high street patisserie. Please book your delivery slots well ahead to secure your time.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, you can. Email us as soon as you know your plans.
If you cancel with more than 3 days’ notice: 90% is refunded.

If you cancel with less than 3 day’s notice: 50% is refunded.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer any refund with 24 hour’s notice. In this time, your cake is halfway done and we have invested a lot of our time and ingredients cost. We hope, you understand us.

Can you deliver outside London?

Unfortunately, we didn’t find a refrigerated courier who would be able to deliver outside of London our delicate raw cakes for a reasonable cost.
You are always welcome to arrange a courier, cab, taxi or friend for collection at our place in Aldgate East.

Can you deliver my cake same day?

Sadly, we need at least 24-hour notice. The cake needs to set overnight in the fridge, and then we decorate it with fresh fruits and flowers just before delivery or collection. We provide next day delivery if you order your cake before 2 pm.

CAKES:

Can you make a RAW wedding cake for 20+ people?

YES! We will be happy to create a custom tiered raw vegan cake to feed larger groups! Please get in touch with us. We will be also happy to meet you in our atelier in Aldgate East to discuss your needs in person. Contact us here.

Can you make a nut free cake?

YES, any cake can be made without nuts upon request. However, we are not able to cater for those who have a severe nut allergy as all of our cakes are created in an environment where nuts are handled on a daily basis.

Are your raw vegan cakes free from gluten?

YES! Our cakes are naturally free from gluten, dairy, eggs, and any additives. Also, we don’t use such ingredients in our atelier, so there’s no risk of cross-contamination.

Are your cakes sugar free?

Yes and no. Our cakes are free of any form of refined sugars. However, raw cakes have still some carbs either from naturally occurring sugars from fruits or dates. We use date syrups, carob syrups and maple syrups (can be substituted with xylitol) to sweeten up our cakes. We don’t use agave syrup if this is your concern.
